IMAGINATION

Imagination is a liberal bird,

Wingless yet ascends the utmost,

Imagination is an adroit artist

With no palette yet paints the best

Imagination is a keen-sighted oracle,

Without eyes yet sees through the invisible,

Imagination is an informed sailor,

With no compass yet navigates the deep,

Imagination is a formidable combatant,

With no armament yet surmounts the invincible.

Oh Imagination!

The indomitable strength of the mind,

No man is as deflated and invalided,

As him that is bankrupt of imagination.
